Sour Milk Biscuits
A neat thing to do with milk that has gone sour is to use it to make biscuits!
It functions essentially the same as buttermilk, so why not give it a try. We used freshly milled flour and the blizzard lard... they're dense little guys, delicious with jam or a glass of milk.
